Mr. Sultan Ahmed Bhuiyan obtained his B. Com (Hons.) & M.Com with a major in Accounting from the University of Dhaka. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. Presently, he is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Grameen Telecom Trust, one of the largest social business initiatives of the Country. He was re-appointed as Independent Director of the Company 29th December, 2025.

Mr. Md. Altaf Hossain is a Nominated Director on the Board of First Finance PLC, representing Oparchor Trade International Limited. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics. He is the Managing Director of Kheya Properties Ltd., New Dhaka Alliance Ltd., and Shariatpur Agro Complex Limited. Mr. Hossain brings extensive experience in business management and development, with proven leadership across multiple sectors. On 10 November, 2025, Mr. Hossain was re-appointed as Nominated Director for a period of 3 years from the date of re-appointment upon obtaining the required No Objection Certificate (NOC) from DFIM, Bangladesh Bank.
